You are welcome to return products to us, in line with the clauses below:

Not Happy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange to the value of the goods.

All returns must be returned via courier collection arranged by us, within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition and within its original packaging.

There are no costs incurred to the customer when placing a return.

To return an item, please e-mail and the team will arrange a collection of your item. Once this has been arranged we would ask that the goods are labelled with the return address:

We ask that you inspect all goods upon receipt. Although we entrust our goods with high quality carriers sometimes accidents happen, and goods can be damaged. The cost of this needs to be met by the carrier, so if the packaging or the goods are damaged, please do not accept delivery and contact us in writing immediately, attaching a photo of the fault and a full description. Once reported we will investigate the claim and ensure any additional or replacement items are dispatched as appropriate.

Changed your mind?

Once you have purchased an item from our website or placed an order over the telephone and you have for any reason changed your mind, prior to the item being dispatched to you, or within the first 14 days of the item being received, you are entitled to cancel the order or return the goods to us, referring to the process laid out above.


Once your return refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the account or original method of payment. This refund should take no longer than 14 days from the day that you returned the item back to us.

*We are unable to accept returns for personalised goods or merchandise, unless they are faulty

*Returns will only be accepted from the person who purchased the item
